Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Please allow 4-5 business days for orders to be processed to ship.

We ship out of Hendersonville, Tennessee and cannot guarantee transit time as that is the responsibility of the carrier.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

RETURNS/EXCHANCES

Of course we hope you are more than thrilled with your goodies from The Trendy Too! In the event that you're not, here’s how we’ll remedy it!

ALL order issues must be reported within 14 days of item delivery

ALMOST all items are eligible for FREE returns/exchanges, please see below for exceptions & rules. Contact alisa@thetrendytrunk.com to initiate return/exchange requests.

  • RETURNS: You may return new, unused merchandise items within 14 days of delivery. Upon quality inspection approval, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Refunds will be issued (minus shipping) to original form of payment or store credit-whichever you prefer.
  • EXCHANGES: For all approved merchandise exchange requests, we will send a prepaid shipping label for you to return the original item(s). Once the original return arrives back to us and passes quality inspection, we will send the new merchandise to you at no additional cost. (If the customer wishes to continue exchanging after the initial process has been completed, any further shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.)
  • Original packaging (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. (Any discrepancies will be subject to store discretion.)
  • All holiday, seasonal, & sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • All Pandora items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless the wrong product was shipped to the buyer. Pandora items are not guaranteed to come in Pandora packaging/boxes. Any sterling silver items may show signs of minor tarnishing, which is normal and can be buffed away using a polishing cloth. 
  • Please allow time for bank transactions, shipping transit, and processing.
